Day 9 favorites
My renewed favorite breakfast is my breakfast smoothies. Low cal, high energy and I enjoy having it in my portion cup
Day 9: Greek Salad
Lunch today was a Greek salad. Romaine lettuce, feta, red onion, olives and panera Greek dressing. It was delicious and super easy to prepare ahead of time.
Sabrina's Come Back Dinner
Blacken Salmon, Potato Veggie Medley, Cornbread muffin and let's not forget my Lemon Tea. Still a little under the weather.
Day 9: November 18
Post run breakfast- green smoothie!
After lunch I seriously wanted something... So although I don't have any sugar in my apartment I walked over to Cubbys (too bad it's so close and easy!). I bought this chocolate bar and ate one row- good self control at least. It was delicious and satisfying! Had it with some green tea.
