Day 11: November 21

Breakfast in the morning: 1 cup of "Total" Flakes cereal with 3/4 cup 2% milk. Two sugar cubes for taste. I love cereal! I also love having these measurements on my bowl! Normally I would eat cereal out of a coffee mug to ensure I was eating approximately 1 cup.

Supper alone in my kitchen. I worked 9a-4p and then 5p-10p with no supper in between so I was starving! I went to Walmart and bought a "Digiorno" PIZZA: cheese stuffed crust with sausage, pepper, and onion. One of those nights when you have a craving for good food without the restaurant cost, so I compromised and bought this! Cheat night is always worth it.

Honey Teriyaki, Buffalo Sauce and BBQ Sauce...and of course can't be wing night without carrots and celery with ranch!

Day 11

Portion bowl kept my soup to 2 cups!!  Yay!!
It also encouraged me to eat more kale!
Works both ways for me.
Love drinking my coffee in my beautiful cup!!

Day 11: November 21

One of my friends is visiting! We made enchiladas tonight. I forgot to take a picture of the ice cream snack we had, but I'm not craving sugar at all today- had some, but satisfied which is very different from before. Some usually leads to wanting more.

Day 11: Frozen Lunch

Sometimes it is hard to make fresh food for lunch so when I went shopping I went on a hunt for healthy frozen meals. I found this brand which looked really promising. After heating it up it was barely 1 cup. Surprisingly it was delicious and quite filling. In the future I may get a tortilla and eat that with it to be a little more filling.
