Day 11: Frozen Lunch

Sometimes it is hard to make fresh food for lunch so when I went shopping I went on a hunt for healthy frozen meals. I found this brand which looked really promising. After heating it up it was barely 1 cup. Surprisingly it was delicious and quite filling. In the future I may get a tortilla and eat that with it to be a little more filling.

Day 10: Pad Thai

My favorite thai place is called Salween Thai. Absolutely delicious! I got take out last night due to convienice. Before sitting down to eat I separated it in half for dinner and lunch leftovers today. Before portion plates I would normally just eat the meal until I was full. That's progress.

Day 8: Need to go grocery shopping

Tonight for dinner I had a simple pesto turkey sandwich on ciabatta bread. It was simple and delicious. 
1 ciabatta roll
1 tsp pesto
A little cheese
Lettuce
Onion
1 strip bacon

I really need to go grocery shopping so I did not have much for a side. I resorted to a hand full of chips and a French onion dip. Before portion plates I normally would sit down on the couch with the chips and dip and just eat from the bag. I choose to have a set amount that was more reasonable! Yay!
