Dinner

Tonight's dinner is Hog Slop over rice...I know what you must be thinking... Hog Slop???? This is my moms last minute put something together quick using what she had in her fridge meal...I grew up on this meal...side note definitely upped my water intake...

2 lbs ground beef browned with
1 medium onion diced
4-5 class cloves of garlic
Dash of salt and pepper
Layer 2 cans of diced or stewed tomatoes
Sliced carrots then generous amount of cabbage layer... Cook till cabbage is cooked then serve over rice..
