Day 6: 1 hour dinner prep!




Tonight my meal was inspired by my co-worker, and fellow Bemis intern, Carly. She had brought something similar to this to work but she used sausage. It looked and smelled amazing so I wanted to recreate my own for my weeks-worth of lunch prep (& tonight's dinner).

My Recipe  
1. Brown Rice
2. Vegetables (in whatever moderation you choose): Onion, Red peppers, Green Peppers, Potatoes (seasoned with salt/pepper/paprika), Green Beans, JalepeƱos (both the beans and JalepeƱos I had frozen from my garden harvest)
3. Meat: fresh "stew" beef (seasoned with salt & pepper)

All ingredients bought from "Walmart Neighborhood Market" or grown in my garden.
